Today, I am tired! I sat up until 3:45AM, Wednesday morning, surfing the internet. I knew that I should go to bed, because I had to be at the LDS library by 11:30AM, for my volunteer library duty. However, I was trying to break down a few of my "brick walls," and couldn't stop. This genealogy stuff is too addictive!! All of you "addicted genealogists" will certainly understand.
When you would rather stay home on the computer and research ancestor's, and not go shopping-you know you are hooked!!
I have been working on designing a website for our club, Atascocita -Kingwood Genealogical Society. Actually, I am trying to determine all the "pretty stuff" such as images, color scheme, font type, content and how many pages we need, and then our great Web page designer, Chris, will put it all into a format that will be a great website for our club. Yea!! Carl M., has wanted this for along time.
Have any of you ever seen a cat try to open a window? Well, I have!! Kallie, my cat, was trying to open up one of the den windows this morning. I was shocked that she knew where the lock was, and what to do with it. I had to observe for a few minutes to finally believe that what my eyes were looking at, was really happening. The next time I lock myself out, I will just call Kallie to open the window!!!
